Help Desk:
Infomate representatives take ownership of
your IT requests - it's integral to the
personal service we deliver.
Whether you need advice with a Microsoft
application or you need help with an IT
problem, an Infomate representative will
take ownership of your query to get you up
and running as soon as possible.
Telephone and Remote assistance:
Infomate knows the important role that IT
plays in a small business; this is why we
bend over backwards to fix your IT problems
the same day.
When you need IT assistance straight away,
rest assured that advice from Infomate is
only a phone call away. You will receive a
response to your IT query within 15 minutes
with Infomate's telephone hotline.
The service representative who returns your
call will already be familiar with your IT
set-up and network configuration and will
have already thought through potential
solutions to your problem. We can also take
remote control of your machine, so we are
virtually 'on-site' at all times.
Desk-side assistance:
If our Telephone Assistance is unable to
resolve the IT problem - or if you prefer to
tackle your problem face to face, Infomate
will send one of our Service Representatives
to the site to walk you through the IT
dilemma in person.
Server management:
Servers are the backbone of any organization
that uses IT. When a server is down, it can
seriously affect productivity and the
wellbeing of your business, costing you time
and money. Infomate provides a proactive
management service for your server(s).
By monitoring your servers regularly -
performing daily back-ups, analysis,
housekeeping and virus checks, Infomate will
help to prevent potential problems that
cause down-time and frustration for your
users. We can even visit your office each
month to complete a health check out of
office hours.
SQL Server management:
You may have a Microsoft SQL Server on you
network supporting your line of business
applications, such as Accounting systems,
Customer relationship management (CRM) or
Sales / Order processing applications. If
the Server fails then immediately users are
affected, causing loss of productivity and
in certain circumstances loss of business or
data.
Infomate provide a pro-active management
service for your SQL Server(s), this service
provides additional monitoring and checking
of specific elements of the SQL Server
system. The benefits of this service result
in peace of mind, that Infomate are
monitoring your database backups daily and
through regular analysis and housekeeping
are preventing potential problems from
causing down-time for your users.
Firewall and Secure Remote Access:
You wouldn't leave your office unlocked, so
why leave your network open to a hacker?
Hackers can strike at the heart of your
network and seriously disrupt your company's
operations.
Our managed firewall service combined with
Secure Remote Access take a proactive
approach in addressing your network's safety
and the invaluable information your company
holds. This is a great way of giving secure
remote access for home-workers or people
that are mobile and need low cost access to
your email and network.
Service management:

manages your IT service, so you always know
the status of your service and have a one
stop shop for all of your IT needs. Service
management provides account management;
inventory of all hardware and software;
procurement; and proactive advice.
Account management:
Your Infomate Account Manager will help to
design a service which meets your company's
needs. We offer a fixed annual budget for
the provision of these services, so you have
confidence of knowing in advance the cost to
your business of IT support throughout the
year.
